It was a thrill to animate. If i do another one that's what I will stick with

Try animating and lip syncing next time, it really adds to the content.
Also you might want to try to get other people to voice act other than just you, or at least have very noticeably different voices for different characters (they sounded extremely similar to me).
Finally, don't make the credits and intro be longer than the actual content, it's very distracting and takes away from the work.
